Steelcase Series 1 Office Chair

Community verdict

The Steelcase Series 1 serves as an accessible entry point into high-end ergonomic seating, offering reliable back support, breathable mesh, and a generous warranty. Many buyers praise its easy assembly and strong posture alignment, especially for lighter or shorter users. However, several owners report issues with long-term cushion density, loose armrest caps, and a recline mechanism that lacks sufficient tilt range.
