Community verdict
Buyers consistently express high satisfaction with the water quality, noting significant drops in total dissolved solids and noticeable improvements in taste. The plug-and-play countertop design is widely praised for eliminating the need for plumbing or heavy jug delivery. However, a small portion of owners report durability issues over time, particularly under-unit water leaks.
