Shark NeverTouch Pro 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop

Community verdict

The Shark NeverTouch Pro 2-in-1 provides solid automated cleaning for hard floors paired with a convenient self-emptying base station. Buyers frequently appreciate its quiet daily operation, strong suction for surface debris, and hands-off routine maintenance. However, many users report persistent frustration with buggy software, unreliable app navigation, and a tendency for the unit to get stuck on low-to-medium pile carpets.
