Community verdict
The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 divides owners, offering reasonable cleaning power at an accessible price point compared to premium competitors. However, common complaints focus heavily on unreliable software connectivity, clumsy navigation that frequently collides with objects, and issues handling long pet hair without tangling.

it does an excellent job of mopping my hardwood floors. it vacuums 7 nights a week. My floors and rugs/carpets are always clean
The vacuuming and mopping work surprisingly well. The vacuuming of edges and corners work very well thanks to its brush
To begin with the app is TERRIBLE. Its features are rudimentary, not well thought-out, and very glitchy.
Started using my 2in1 Matrix today and it runs into and over EVERYTHING... I know once it maps I can set no-go zones but this is absurd!
