Primo Countertop Top Load Water Dispenser
Community verdict
The Primo Countertop Top Load Water Dispenser delivers a straightforward, non-electric solution for room-temperature bulk water dispensing. Buyers praise its budget-friendly price point, compact footprint, and smooth water flow without requiring a power outlet. However, users note that it requires significant vertical height once a bottle is loaded, and an initial tap water rinse is recommended to eliminate any metallic taste.

Simple, functional and cost effective. We got this for a home water station, sick of strong tasting tap water
Great Water Dispenser for the Money. It's a very nice dispenser for the money and great for counter top but too tall if you have cupboards above.
If you need a room temp water dispenser this is it. This is the least expensive non electric water dispenser I could find.
I didn't need hot or cold water, and this dispenser doesn't do either of those things, so it was perfect and doesn't require a power outlet
