Great to be able to sear/saute meat and veg before starting the slow cooking process.
This boils on slow cooker low. I cook my beef roast on low for 8 to 10 hours. When I went to check it after 7 hours the liquid was boiling.
Inner coating started coming off so I passed it on. The outer paint never showed scratch marks.
