Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Cleaner

Community verdict

The Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe is widely considered a great budget carpet cleaner that delivers solid stain-lifting performance for home and pet owners. Most buyers consistently praise its lightweight design, easy assembly, and dedicated rinse cycle feature that helps eliminate soap residue. However, several users note that the main floor head lacks strong suction compared to higher-end models, requiring extra passes to pull out excess water.
