Community verdict
The Hoka Anacapa 2 Low Gore-Tex offers impressive out-of-the-box comfort and reliable traction for day hikes and all-day walking. However, multiple reviewers express disappointment over quality control issues, particularly regarding toe cap ungluing and early heel fabric wear.

I put them on, out of the box, and went for a long walk- with no problems. Have since done some longer trail walks and enjoy the comfort
Perfect for summer hikes - comfortable, grippy and a lovely bright colour.
Worn once and the sole that wraps around to the front/top of the shoe is already coming unglued.
Have worn maybe 10 times and the inside back heel is starting to fray on both shoes.
