Herman Miller
Community verdict
The Herman Miller Aeron Chair is widely praised by buyers for its exceptional ergonomic support, breathable mesh design, and durable overall construction. Most reviewers highlight its ability to relieve back pain and promote healthy sitting posture during long work sessions, often noting that refurbished units provide high value. However, some users express hesitation over its steep retail price tag and note that its strict ergonomic structure leaves little room for casual reclining.

The mesh is firm, but has enough give that it is supportive. The posturefit SL lumbar pad can be adjusted for the right amount of lumbar support.
I tried maybe 10 different chairs, but the Aeron was vastly superior to the others imo.
The best office chair. Herman Miller Aeron. This chair has done wonders for my body and any pains I had.
This chair isn't comfortable at first but imo takes a learning curve to it. But when you learn it, it forces you to flex your core when you sit.
