eufy 11S MAX Robot Vacuum
Community verdict
The eufy 11S MAX is widely regarded as a simple, budget-friendly entry-level robot vacuum that punches above its price tag. Owners praise its remarkably quiet operation, slim profile that fits under low furniture, and solid performance on hard floors and pet hair. However, buyers consistently highlight its lack of smart navigation, noting that it cleans in random paths, bumps into obstacles, and lacks digital keep-out zones or app-based mapping.

What people are saying
4 quotesDirect organic buyer opinions about eufy 11S MAX Robot Vacuum, filtered for spam and ads.
For the price it's got value. It was the first unit I bought and then within two months I bought a much more expensive and full featured unit.
Had an expensive robot for 3 years and downgraded to 11s after that broke. Happy with the 11S, does 97% of what the expensive smart robot did.
I do prefer the simplicity and ease with which I can use it. Sometimes less really is more. And wow - THE QUIET.
It's a great entry level robot... HOWEVER: Cons it has ZERO navigation - bumping against walls and furniture is how it knows to turn around
