Community verdict
The Dyson V8 Absolute receives generally favorable marks as a lightweight, nimble stick vacuum ideal for quick daily cleanups across hard floors and light rugs. Owners consistently praise its strong suction in standard mode, effective soft-roller attachment, and effortless maneuverability around furniture and stairs. However, critics frequently point out that the battery drains in under ten minutes on max power, requires a continuous trigger pull during operation, and faces inevitable degradation over time.
