Community verdict
The OptiPlex 3090 Micro Desktop is widely praised for its tiny footprint, quiet operation, and reliable everyday performance in both office environments and home lab setups. However, buyers frequently note hardware expansion limitations, such as restricted space for additional drives, a single built-in LAN port, and no support for dedicated graphics cards.

4 quotesDirect organic buyer opinions about Dell OptiPlex 3090 Micro Desktop Computer, filtered for spam and ads.
Fast machine, with a small footprint and at a good price. I customized this machine a bit. I got the i5 processor and 16GB of RAM
Still very decent. Runs very good! to manage/test the PC's in one server.
my experience with optiplex machines is they don't have enough power to run anything more than a 75W gpu.
Tried booting with it and without it, seemingly no effect, still no video output. power LED refused to turn on: it just stayed completely dead.
