Community verdict
Buyers highly praise the bag's sleek aesthetics, internal organization, and overall versatility for gym, work, and travel use. The medium size is frequently highlighted as ideal for fitting under airplane seats while still holding essentials. However, long-term owners consistently note that the neoprene fabric is prone to pilling and staining, with some also finding the hardware noisy.

I personally love them and use each size for different things. They’re super versatile. With heavy use, the neoprene will start to pill.
The material is just ok. Overall I think they're worth the value. I love the material and the various zippers and ...
yes! the "noisy zipper" - I totally agree - not just zipping it open / shut but the clinky-ness of things. Zippers seem super heavy too.
They are such high quality and I use them all the time.
