Its cheap, soft but no where near as comfortable as Original.
No major complaints really. nice, is very heavy and hard to move. For $400 it's a great deal.
The poor out-of-the-box smell of their mattress is well documented... headache, lightheartedness...
Based on reviews, some users experience sagging and heat retention over time so, it is terrible in the summer.
