Community verdict
The Bissell SpotClean Pet Pro delivers impressive cleaning performance, with buyers consistently praising its ability to lift embedded stains and neutralize stubborn pet odors from upholstery and carpets. The dirty water tank is simple to empty, and the unit works effectively even for users with limited mobility. However, users frequently complain about a frustratingly short attachment hose, poor user manuals, and sporadic complaints regarding water leaks from the unit's base.

The little green saved them and my sanity! LOVE this thing. I ran it for 4 hours straight with no issues
The stench is finally gone and I'm so relieved I could cry. Putting the machine together was simple.
The suction is less than great, the spray nozzle sprays out almost twice the area of the nozzle leaving you with wasting solution
The results that it can produce are pretty great. But at the end of the day, it makes a big hassle... The hose is too short
