The steam works (and the steam is HOT and not just water vapour unlike some fake/false reviews stated on reddit), suction is good...
It works surprisingly well as a vacuum; it sucked up a potato chip faster than my Dyson V10. It kinda sucks with hair though...
The CrossWaves aren't liked here as they get bunged up pretty quickly and are hard to clean. They work well, they just don't last at all.
And last, and the most absolutely INFURIATING thing ever... It leaves a sewage smell. Seriously. I've tried keeping cleaner in, taking it out.
