Community verdict
The Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max earns a mixed reception as an all-in-one wet-dry hard floor cleaner. Owners praise its cordless convenience and effective mopping capabilities for routine hard surface upkeep, noting it streamlines multi-room floor washing compared to traditional mop-and-bucket routines. However, multiple reviewers point out significant drawbacks, including short battery runtimes, non-replaceable batteries, and tedious post-use tear-down cleaning to prevent hair buildup and odors.
