Community verdict
Buyers frequently praise the vacuum's strong suction power and convenience for quick cleanups, especially when picking up pet hair on carpets. However, many reviewers criticize its performance on hard surfaces, noting that the continuously spinning brush roll tends to scatter debris rather than collect it. Additional complaints highlight frustrating hair build-up in the dustbin and a lack of true HEPA filtration.
